who does commercial real estate and knows the business. Everything my friend said was true - she constantly worked to get us the best deal possible. She guided us through the whole process and was always there with sound advice. We were probably not the easiest clients to work with. We were doing most of our house hunting from out of town and we were looking for short sale properties. Jennifer just rolled with it and got us everything we were looking for and then some. When we encountered problems in our short sale, she fought relentlessly on our side. Whoever heard of a realtor getting a seller to agree to covering closing costs in a short sale? Jennifer did. When the sales contract came back messed up, she caught it and made sure everything the seller agreed to was corrected. Even her followup after the sale shows her professionalism and integrity. We are expecting our first child and in need of a bigger space - Jennifer was very responsive and brought tons of options for us to consider based on our timeline/needs (ie, new construction, fixer-upper, newly remodeled, etc). if you are looking to purchase property. We have purchased many homes and even built a couple so we've had quite a good amount of experience in the Real Estate purchase process. Jennifer was prompt to respond to our request for information on a home for sale. (The person who listed the property hadn't bothered to respond to our phone call and inquiry even after two weeks, so that in itself tells you that person isn't one to use.) We met the next day and viewed numerous homes and continued to look during the next month or so.
